Subscriptions and Billing By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly periods until you cancel.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
